Three base pairs
To view the DNA molecule on the left you require the
Chemscape Chime plug-in with NetScape or Microsoft® Internet Explorer (requires Chime 2.0). If you can see the DNA molecule then you are ready to view the tutorial. The plug-in can be downloaded from MDL Information Systems, Inc. Three base pairs are shown in stick form to highlight the bonds with the van der Waals radius shown as dots. You should be able to see that each base pair is related by 36o.
